Tuttavia, se fai attività fisica più intensa o hai un programma di allenamento specifico, potrebbe essere sufficiente farlo 2-3 volte a settimana. Aww. 😞 This was such a good video...until we got into seated, wall and floor stuff. Why can't I find a workout this intense that's standing ONLY??? They're always either too short (Im looking for 30 min minimum), not intense enough, or involve floor stuff which I can't physically do. 😞

@body-now Ankle and or bracelet weights are easily incorporated with any kind of exercise, especially when women get older, good bone density for one. Huge health benefits there.
